Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Discovery Charter School, Porter, Indiana, is requesting quotes until 12:00 PM CST on February 13th, 2026.

Quotes are to be submitted at the main office of Discovery Charter School ATTN: Mr. Kevin Zeck/Mr. Reginald Murray. 800 Canonie Drive, Porter, IN 46304

The Board of Directors reserves the right to negotiate at its discretion with those submitting quotes in accordance with Indiana Law. Quotes are being sought separately for each of the following items.

Cleaning quote for the remainder of the 25/26 school year and the entirety of the 26/27 school year.

Referendum Disclosure Statement requirements for Discovery Charter School participating in Lake Station Community School’s and School City of Hobart’s Operating Referendums:

1) Salaries of all employees listed from highest to lowest

2) Duneland Charter School, DBA Discovery is not committing any crime described in Indiana Code §35-44.1-1.

3) State Board of Accounts most recent audit

4) Current enrollment disaggregated by student group and race

5) Graduation rate - Does not apply as we are a K-8 school

6) Discovery’s annual teacher retention rate for the last five years
